Current concepts in cardiopulmonary resuscitation

At the invitation of the Faculty of Medicine & Surgery, Dr Karl Gwinnutt, Consultant Anaesthetist, Hope Hospital, Manchester, UK, who will be visiting the Department of Surgery this month, will give a public lecture on "Current Concepts in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation" on Monday, 19 January at 7pm

All members of the medical profession, clinical medical students and allied health practitioners are cordially invited to attend.

Refreshments will be served after the lecture, courtesy of Technoline Ltd.

Dr Gwinnutt will also lecture medical students on "Management of the trauma patient" on Monday, 19 January at 1pm whilst on Tuesday 20

January at 7pm the subject of a specialist lecture for anaesthetists will be "Anaesthesia for total hip replacement surgery."

All lectures will be held in the Conference Hall, Medical School,
